Alex & Blake's Maleny Wedding

These two were besotted with each other!! From the moment Alex walked down the aisle they could not take their eyes off each other, its love like this that gives me butterflies in my stomach when I'm taking pictures.

Alex's special memory from her wedding day? The moment my dad and I were standing outside the chapel waiting to go in. He squeezed my hand and asked if I was ready. It was probably the most nervous I felt but I couldn't wait to see Blake's face

Wedding DIY: There were many a weekend and bottles of champagne spent with my bridesmaids making 'the finishing touches'. We painted and glittered the 'LOVE' for the fireplace, handmade and wrote the name tags for the cupcake boxes, created the menus and tied on the little bows, photo frame inserts, the paper cones for the flowers and the navy table runners.

Advice for future brides?: Only think about yourself and your husband. It sounds selfish but if you are thinking about how everyone else is feeling you won't enjoy the best day of your life. Many a night I lay awake worried that the guests wouldn't enjoy themselves but on the day I thought ' I have done everything to make this day perfect and reflect us....I can't do anything else now. ENJOY'...and make sure WEMZ is a part of your day!!

A Darling Affair Sunshine Coast 2014 Style Shoot

We photographed this gorgeous winter sun wedding style shoot to promote Sunshine Coast wedding fair A Darling Affair to be held at The Chapel Woombye THIS Saturday July, 19th.

Designed to be a wedding fair with a difference, visitors can enjoy a relaxed picnic in the winter sun with live music by J&R Music & Love Note and stunning wedding fashion shows as well as all the new wedding ideas from the coolest and most creative wedding vendors around. This shoot is a little peek into what the wedding fair will be like, with an amazing team of talented vendors we created this shoot inspired by the relaxed winter sunshine!

Real life couple Laini & Jordan acted as models for the shoot, after some years of marriage and a couple of kids these two are still madly in love and it was such a pleasure photographing them. The Beauty Case painted Lani’s gorgeous lips with a fire engine red while also grooming Jordan ever so lightly :) Willow Bud created all of the gorgeous floral arrangements for the shoot, an amazing floral wreath and something a little different with Laini wearing a large wrist corsage. Love My Food  catered a deliciously beautiful picnic, yummy!! We love anything Pineapple and Hayley from Wholehearted Studio added the prefect colours with pineapple cushions, a bush radio, whimsical giant balloons, and the newest supplier to hit the scene - Frozen Sunshine Blocks with their refreshing handcrafted ice block range.

Laini's gorgeous vintage and flirty tulle layered dress by Judy Copley Bridal and Jordan was head to toe in Urbbana Men’s Fashion
